:: All transactions are final. All item sold are neither non-refundable or exchangeable, but I will consider case by case basis on the reason for any exchange, return or refund and also based on item(s) availability.

:: Please note that we are NOT responsible in the event of any non-delivery, postal/custom delays, loss or breakage incurred during shipping.

:: Please do measure your child carefully because wrong size purchase, item(s) cannot be change.

:: Reservation is allowed but only within 3 days, but if you like to reserve for much longer, please deposit 50% of total price for secure booking.

:: Booking is allowed, however order will be cancelled if no payment received within 3 days.

PRE-ORDER:

:: Pre-order means that I will only order the item from my supplier exactly as requested by customer (colour, size, quantity).

:: Please put some deposit to confirm your order before I get the item(s) from supplier.

:: Once confirmation have been made, any cancellation or changing the colour/size/quantity is not allowed. In case of cancellation, deposit will not be refund.

:: In case the item ordered is not available, I will return your full deposit.

:: When the item(s) arrive, I will inform you and expecting full payment to be made before delivery.

:: Delivery will be made after full payment received.
